This scissor is used to remove the residual corneal stroma separated from the Descemet's membrane in DALK surgery. The lower blade is thinner and 1mm longerthan the upper blade which pushes Descemet's membrane away, protecting it from being damaged by the blades. Overall length: 3.7in, 94mm.
